How it works
From a flat image to a character with joints.

Claude redraws it as named vector parts (head, arms, ears, tail) with a pivot at every joint, then compares the result with your original.

Motions
15 motions the moment it's rigged.
Presets are computed from your character's joints, so they fit any body shape and never drift off-model. Try them on a real rebuild.

Stays on-model

Kilobytes, not megabytes

Parts are named layers and colours are palette tokens, so you can recolour in code or open the Lottie in any editor.
Motion from words
Ask for “a slow, suspicious peek from behind the tail” and get a motion clip on your rig, not a new drawing.
Copy a motion from video
Film someone doing the move and upload the clip. The Animator performs the same motion on your character.

FAQ
Animating an existing mascot.
Will the animated version still look like my mascot?
It is rebuilt from your art, not reinterpreted from a description. Every rebuild is rendered and compared with your upload on silhouette and colour, and you get the score. Below 0.8 it is flagged for review before you build on it.
What kind of image should I upload?
The cleanest art you have: one character, front or three-quarter view, arms away from the body, on a plain or transparent background, at 512 px or more. PNG, JPG and SVG all work. With an SVG, your exact shapes and colours carry over.
How much does it cost to animate a mascot?
A rebuild is 120 credits (about $1.20), and the free plan includes 200 credits a month. After that, all 15 preset motions and every export are free. A custom motion from words or a reference video is 20 credits.
Which art doesn't rebuild well?
Heavy textures, photorealism and very busy 3D renders. Glossy, simply shaded 3D characters usually work (Bolt above started as a 3D render). If a faithful rebuild isn't possible, the side-by-side shows it before you spend more.
Can I animate it the way I want, not just presets?
Yes. Describe a motion in words ("a tiny victory hop, then look embarrassed about it") or upload a short reference video, and the Animator performs it on your rig. You can also chat to edit the design and branch look variants.
What do I get at the end?
A rigged character you can export as Lottie, animated SVG, GIF, MP4, WebM with alpha, WebP, APNG, sprite sheets, stickers and stills, or embed live with one script tag. You own your characters and exports, and we don't train on your uploads.
